He greeted us on time at the airport then assisted us in buying a train ticket to L’vov — not a simple process. He mapped out a good route for visitng the sites we wanted to see; directed us to authentic and inexpensive places to eat; assisted us in resolving a problem that arose with our ATM card; took us to the train station at the end of the day and put us on the right train. At every moment he was willing and able to do whatever was necessary to make the day successful.
He was conscientious, proactive and showed exceptional problem solving and customer service skills. From our first contact when he responded promptly to our e-mail requesting a quote for his service to the end of the visit, he was exceptional.
